Israel Adesanya reacts after Derrick Lewis used his infamous celebration following UFC Nashville win

After his victory at UFC Nashville, Derrick Lewis brought out all the emotions during celebration in the Octagon.

Last Saturday the Premier promotion returned to Tennessee for UFC Nashville, headed by a heavyweight collision between Derrick Lewis and Tallison Teixeira.

Lewis continued to extend his record for most finishes in the UFC history when he scored the finish over the Brazilian within the first 35 seconds of the fight, even though it was a controversial stopping.

As he did many times before, just before he landed the finish series, Lewis forced an injury to lure Teixeira to put pressure on him, which marked the beginning of the end.

Israël Adesanya responds to Derrick Lewis with his party

Immediately after he scored his victory, Lewis received a phone call from American President Donald Trump, while he was in the Octagon and spoke to him on the phone.

And during his celebrations, 'The Black Beast' brought out different emotions, including the notorious arch and arrow celebration of Israel Adesanya when he eliminated Alex Pereira at UFC 287.

“HA ha! H-city! Ha ha, yo, this n-, let's go f—-” Adesanya responded in a video about his Instagram story.

“Pop arrows and turn small. Shoutout my twins!” He went out with a caption.

In addition to using the celebration of Adesanya, Lewis also pretended to be a dog and went into the corner of Teixeira and pretended to be his territory.

Dana White reveals how close Derrick Lewis is for a heavyweight title shot

After having won back-to-back fights again, Lewis remains in the top 15 of the heavyweight rankings, which automatically places him in the title interview.

A few weeks ago it was finally announced that Jon Jones had retired and finally brought his saga to Tom Aspinall to an end.

And with that UFC boss Dana White, after picking up another finish, revealed that Lewis can still be a victory to fight again for the undisputed title, in what would be a crazy turn of events.
