Italiano prepared to make Bologna history in ’emotional’ Coppa Italia final

Bologna head coach Vincenzo Italiano is prepared for an “emotional” Coppa Italia final against AC Milan while he wants to create history on Wednesday.

This will be the second Coppa Italia final of Bologna, who previously reached the final against Palermo in 1974, when they gained the title on penalties after a 1-1 draw in extra time.

This will be the 15th meeting between the two teams in the Coppa Italia. The Rossoneri Lead with six wins to the four of Bologna, while four games have ended in a draw.

After won the Supercoppa Italiana, Milan wants to win two trophies in one season for the first time since 2007-08, when they won the Super Cup and Club World Cup.
