Jake Paul faces intense cut as he reveals weight 13 days before Julio Cesar Chavez Jr clash

Jake Paul has revealed exactly how much weight he has to cut before his next fight.

The YouTuber boxer tipped the scales on a career-high 227 pound when he met heavyweight in November for the former undisputed world champion Mike Tyson.

On Sunday, Paul shared a photo of his breakfast, which was a bit on the small side, on social media.

The 28-year-old ate a piece toast and some scrambled eggs 13 days before his big fight.

Paul added a caption that explained that his small meal was prepared with weight loss in mind.

The former Disney star must lose 13 pounds before 27 June to ensure that his fight with Chavez JR continues as planned.

“Cut weight breakfast,” Paul wrote next to a crying smiling emoji on his Instagram story.

He added: “13 days out. 13 more pounds.”

Justin Gaethje Heaps praise over Jake Paul

Paul has rubbed many MMA hunters in the wrong way since he entered the combat world in 2020.

Since then he has collected victories at various faded UFC legends, including Anderson Silva and Nate Diaz.

Justin Gaethje, however, recently praised Paul and burned him a 'genius' for his next boxing fight.

“I mean, Jake Paul is a genius,” said the UFC lightweight competition on the improvised podcast.

“What he did is so f— great. Because nobody owns him, nothing owns him.

“And he didn't have to go through the double A, the entire circuit.”

“But I don't think it's (staying) a mainstream,”

“Paul is doing less and less. Because they lose a lot of money, whoever pays for it.”
