For readers who may not be at home in the Darts scene, Gerwyn Price is the true definition of an 'entertainer', often bumping (and trolls) crowds while bringing his appreciated sense of humor to the world stage.

He is also a particularly well -built and muscular player; Much more than his competitors at the Premier League – after he had previously participated in both Professional Rugby League and Rugby Union.

Speaking again with Talksport Darts Prior to his Homecoming event in Cardiff last week, Price was asked if he had heard something back from Paul's team about the viral video.

“He saw it [and] He sent me a message. He wrote back to me and I will show you the message if you want, 'Price laughed, with the interviewer understandably surprised by the surprise connection.

“I swear, [reads message] – “Come to Greece, man. Just name a prize.”

Price admitted that he had not responded to Paul's DM, first kidding that “I was a bit scared” of the American before he teased “Nah, I had to ask for some training.”

Ironically, Price is not the only British sport icon that has been called by Paul in recent weeks, with the former heavyweight King Anthony Joshua also in the shooting line.

During a recent episode of his BW W/ Jake Paul Podcast, 'The Problem Child' shouted the Watford Juggernaut and even predicted that he had defeated Joshua's A – '.

“I want to fight Anthony Joshua because I know that I will defeat F- Anthony Joshua A -. He has no chin and he has no skill and he is stiff.

“I love you Anthony, and we are friends. But I want to fight you.”

The two reportedly faceted each other after that podcast episode, where Joshua then went to Instagram to share a screenshot of the Urgentry book.

Joshua directly tagged Paul with a caption of one word of “2026” in addition to two fist emojis and a 'shush' emoji-die according to fans is a cryptic scourge of a potential run-up to the YouTuber.

After having undergone his first professional defeat by Tommy Fury in 2023, Paul gave a five-fog winning series with victories over former UFC stars Nate Diaz and Mike Perry, as well as former world champion boxer, Mike Tyson.
