Jake Paul believes that Jones and Francis Ngannou's 'Super-Fight' can be recommended for both men.
The controversial YouTuber boxer has a share interest in PFL, which would be represented by Ngannou in this cross-promotional battle. He has long been an admirer of Jones, who has offered to put his UFC heavyweight title against his old rival.
Ngannou has never been shy about his interest in fighting Jones, but the match would require an unprecedented co-promotion between UFC and PFL. Although the latter are enthusiastic, it seems an insurmountable obstacle to the former boss Dana White an insurmountable obstacle.

Last night, Jon Jones fans raged when he seemed to sniff Tom Aspinall in favor of another challenge. He went to X to call Francis Ngannou, who is technically the 'linear' UFC heavyweight champion after leaving the promotion with the title.
The potential super fight, which both men have eagerly insisted since 2023, has captured the imagination of the MMA audience since Jones teased it last night. The callout followed the comments of coach Eric Nicksick who indicate that Ngannou might be interested in a return to the UFC.

Jake Paul, who owns a small part of PFL, has been taken to social media to give his opinion, and he is entirely for promotion versus promotion.
“The perfect last dance for the two largest MMA -heavy weights of all time,” Paul wrote in a tweet about the potential competition. “Jon Jones wants it. Francis Ngannou wants it. Big struggle for the sport. Big struggle for fans and large companies. Who doesn't want it?”

When hearing Nicksick's comments, Jones wrote in his first message last night: “I hear that Francis Ngannou is still interested … Now that we are talking. That is a really super fight. A collision of champions, not just hype.
“He held the UFC rim, I have defended mine for more than ten years. Two kings of different roads. Not just one legend with a mouth is now called, but two real legacies collide. That is the kind of fight that actually adds something special to my story. At least from my point of view.”
Ngannou noted that both men would have to deal with promoters who are not fans of the other and Jones tell: “You take care of the UFC, I will take care of the PFL, and we will finally discover who the king of the heavyweight is.”
