Nottingham Forest has agreed a deal with a value of up to £ 30 million with Manchester City for James McATEEE – and is working on three more signing sessions.
Sky Sports News understands that sold -out and purchasing clauses are included in the agreement for the midfielder.
McATEE, 22, came through the Academy of Manchester City and made 34 performances for the first team, scored seven goals after he had two spells on loan at Sheffield United.
The England U21 International started three Premier League matches last season and played a total of Pep Guardiola's side 27 times.
So far, Forest has spent £ 44 million this summer to winger than Ndoye and striker Igor Jesus while he expanded the Morgan Gibbs-White contract, after he had sold £ 55 million to Newcastle to Newcastle.
The club will participate in the Europa League this season and will focus on more signing sessions in Omari Hutchinson, Douglas Luiz and Arnaud Kalimuendo. Forest is also talking to Callum Hudson-Odoi about a new contract.
Forest close to the corresponding deal for Hutchinson

Contact has now been established between the clubs and Juventus is open to offers for the 27-year-old.
The International Brazil has difficulty setting up in Turin since he came to Villa last summer.
Forest in conversations with Rennes about Kalimuendo Deal
Forest is talking to Rennes about a deal for striker Kalimuendo.
The 23-year-old French International is one of the most sought after attackers in the last weeks of the window.
RB Leipzig and Villarreal also wanted to sign him, but the German club has been completed a deal for striker Romulo instead.
Kalimuendo was also followed by other Premier League clubs.
He is a former PSG youth player with 40 goals and 14 assists in 112 performances since he became a member of Rennes.
Hudson-Odoi contract continues with the progress
Forest and Callum Hudson-Odoi demand in discussions about a new contract.
Hudson-Odoi started the last year of his contract and is important from various clubs in England and Europe.
The 24-year-old played an important part for Forest last season, scored five goals and produced two assists in 37 performances.
