From Trent Alexander-Arnold is expected to sail at Real Madrid after he has made a decision against renewing his contract with Liverpool and Jamie Carragher believes that his old club can still take a decent transfer costs
Jamie Carragher believes that it would be a no-brainer for Liverpool to sell Trent Alexander-Arnold to Real Madrid-on condition that the Spanish giants are willing to cough £ 10 million for a player they could land for free at the end of June.
Alexander-Arnold, 26, confirmed at the beginning of the week that he would not renew his contract in Anfield while closing a dream switch to Real Madrid, who strives for the English star for absolutely nothing.
While Alexander-Arnold is free to move to Spain with a free transfer at the end of his contract, Los Blancos would like the right back before the start of the FIFA Club World Cup next month.
A deal should be concluded with Liverpool for Alexander-Arnold to do this, since his current deal does not expire until the end of June and Carragher, speak on Sky Sports, says that there is a deal to make.
He said: “It's funny, because everything that is about it now, why it is now announcing, there are almost two sides to every argument, and you could almost look at it as if you are in the camp of Trent, you look at and think he has shown a lot of courage there.
“He doesn't wait until the BU -Tour is over and he announces it so that he doesn't have to see Liverpool fans, so he has shown some courage. You may get criticism, and he has to tolerate it. And then the downside of it, okay, you now announce to give Real Madrid the opportunity to sign for the World Wereldekek …”
Gary Neville then interrupted and referred to reports that Real Madrid-Die run the risk of going to the tournament, short of a right back to offer Liverpool a modest seven-digit sum to take Alexander Arnold early and ask his colleague: “Would you take the million pounds if you were Liverpool?”

Carragher replied: “I think I would like much more than a million pounds,” to which Neville replied: “What would you take, what price would it be to play in that tournament?”
The former Liverpool defender then quoted between five and £ 10 million, leaving Neville and Micah Richards in hysteria. But Carragher argued his business and added: “Wait a minute, have you seen how much money it is to win?
“If they win 100 million, and don't forget that they don't have a right back, the right back they play is not a right back, so it's not just if a player brings in. Give us 10 million pounds!”
