Jamie Carragher took everything out of the closet for his daughter Mia's 21st birthday party – including dressing like none other than Willy Wonka.
The Liverpool -legends his usual expert clothing for a purple velvet jacket, top hat and oversized bow tie while he channeled the eccentric chocolate factory owner in honor of his daughter's milestone.
Mia, who was dressed as Poison Ivy, marked her birthday in style with a lush party surrounded by family and friends. But it was the striking outfit of her father who stole the show on social media.
Carragher, 46, proudly posed in full costume, sharing photos and videos of the party on Instagram.
He wrote: 'What a great evening for Mia's 21st birthday Fancy Dress Party', in addition to a heart, dancing and beers emojis.
Carragher has added to the pleasure and embraced his Willy Wonka -Persona completely through the microphone and performing pure imagination, the iconic song from the classic film from 1971.
In the meantime, Jamie's son, James Carragher, who plays professionally for Wigan, also in the Fancy Dress Spirit came by channeling a Peaky Blinders-atmosphere by dressing in a sharp three-part suit, flat cap and pocket watch.
Mia is an actress and graduated in 2022 from the Performing Arts School of Tring Park. When she was younger, she trained as a dancer in rare studios in Liverpool.
She has appeared in several films, including: 'One Night in Istanbul', 'The Gathering' and 'Watering Hole'.
Mia has more than 89,300 followers on Instagram, where she shares photos of her travels, lifestyle and career companies.
In the meantime, she places funny videos and vlogs on her Tiktok account, where she has collected another 59,200 fans.
Last month she appeared briefly while her father was in Punditry for the coverage of the Champions League of CBS.
After his phone was run live in the air, Carragher replied: 'Hiya honey, is it going? I'm on TV. '
Micah Richards joked: “Well, that's where the Emmy goes,” before Carragher explained that Mia just asked where her mother was. He said to his daughter: “I don't know, I'm in London, honey. I am in the studio. '
Scott then asked Carragher if Mia would like to go on a speaker, which she seemed to oblige.
After she was informed by Richards, she had interrupted the live show, Mia's opening words were: “Oh my God, I'm so sorry. I had no idea [he was on live TV]. '
Carragher then asked hilarious: “Don't you turn on the Dodgy Box?” Because the coverage of CBS is only available in the United States.
Host Kate Scott then made the chance to ask Mia: “I am so interested, your father can be a bit spiky on TV, how is he at home?” To which Mia replied: “He is beautiful.”
After her reaction was met by a crescendo from AWWS in the studio, the Liverpool -legend said: 'I love you more than everything my girl. What a star. '
He added: 'There is nothing that this girl can ever do wrong. I can never shout at her, I find it difficult to scream against you, right? '
