Jan Bachowicz would not mind writing history with a second UFC title rule.
Former UFC-light heavyweight champion Jan Bachowicz, known for his explosive knockout power, will not be younger, the 42-year-old will return this weekend from an almost two-year resignation in UFC London.
Blachowicz faces #6 Competender and Israel Adesanya teammate Carlos Ulberg in the Co-Main event of the evening. The last two fights from Bachowicz were against Alex Pereira and the current champion Magomed Ankalaev, with whom he fought in 2022 to a split draw.
With a victory on Saturday, the Polish hunter hopes again in the title mix and possibly also the record books.

Jan Bachowicz was able to break the insane UFC record of Randy Couture
Prior to his 21st UFC fight, Blachowicz was asked how long he thinks he has in MMA:
“I don't know. I hope so much, but we'll see,” said Bachowicz on UFC London Media Day.
'I know it's almost [at its] Finish but a few more fights. “
After the next opponent Carlos Ulberg, Bachowicz has been busy with the aforementioned Ankalaev and Pereira and possibly with the UFC Riem back to his waist.
If Bachowicz continues to win as he is planning to do, there is a chance that he could surpass Randy Couture as the oldest champion in the UFC history. Two -time champion Couture was 45 years old at the time of his last title defense against Brock Lesnar in 2008 after winning the heavyweight title on 43.
Only then Henderson came close to the record of Couture, almost the title picked up from Michael Bisping in 2016 at 46.
'Why not?' Jan Bachowicz to become UFC's oldest champion
Turn 43 upcoming February and 45 not so far away, says Bachowicz:
“Why not? We'll see,” said the former champion about the possible breaking of the record of Couture.
“That was different times at the time and now it is different time.
“I am another hunter, but we'll see. Maybe …” said Blachowicz.
In MMA they often say that power is the last to leave a hunter behind. Fighting in his forty, we will see if Knock -Out artist Jan Bachowicz still has his patented 'legendary Polish power' in UFC London.
