Jean Silva has made a huge splash since he arrives in the UFC, reminiscent of that of Khamzat Chimaev.
In 2020, 'Borz' debut his debut in the world's most important mixed promotion of martial arts and soon proved as one of the most frightening competitors in sport.
In the space of just ten days, he destroyed both John Phillips and Rhys McKee via a Brabo choke and soil and pound, respectively, in versions that sent shock waves through the MMA community.
Five years ahead, Chimaev shoots at Drus Du Plessis, while he is preparing to fight for the middleweight world championship.

Jean Silva finished two opponents in 14 days
After a successful debut in the UFC last January against Westin Wilson, Jean Silva had to wait until June 29 to get his next shot in the Octagon.
Due to the lack of weight, the Brazilian fought against Charles Jourdain at 147.5 pounds, in a collision in which he had to overcome some adversity.
Although Khamzat Chimaev is a better grappler than Silva, the representative of Fighting Nerds certainly bears more power in his hands.
After struggling against the cage, Silva managed to make enough distance to land a thunderous uppercut to finish Jourdain.
And although most would take some time to enjoy the victory, the MMA star returned to the cage only 14 days later, this time against Drew Dober.
The American produced a brave effort, but Silva was eventually crowned the winner, after Dober could not continue because of a cut above his eye.
The spectacular competition deserved fight for the night.

Jean Silva has planned a big fight for UFC Seattle
Silva drives a wave of Momentum and hopes for a huge version when he clashes with Melsik Baghdasaryan in UFC Seattle.
With his sights, firmly set to earning a place in the top 15 of the featherweight division, De Krijger is determined to make an impact on the Climate Plede Arena on Saturday evening.
His opponent, who is now 3-1 in the promotion, is certainly not without a fight.
