Jiri Prochazka tells Joe Rogan about his crazy idea for new combat sports event: ‘Give them weapons’

Now that the MMA-Sport is growing exponentially, we see a number of bizarre promotions made with different rules and regulations every year than the standard MMA.

The UFC continues to gain power in the world of MMA and fans are always hopeful that a new promotion can come in that can match them.

Earlier this year, the GFL announced that it would hold its first event in April and recently carried out their Draft prior to the season, which is a unique aspect of their promotion.

Nevertheless, there are more nichepromotions in the world of MMA, and former UFC champion light heavyweight Jiri Prochazka has a bizarre idea for a new one.

Jiri Prochazka explains a crazy idea for new martial arts promotion

MMA fans around the world will probably have seen viral videos of the martial arts promotion 'Car Jitsu', in which fighters are sitting on the front seats of a car and trying to subject each other.

Another viral promotion that fans may have seen is where fighters are resting with armor and swords and step into the cage to try to win.

'The Last Samurai', Procazka, has a similar idea for a martial arts promotion when he suggests: 'Give them weapons'. During a performance on the podcast of Joe Rogan, The Joe Rogan Experience, the UFC commentator presented a martial arts event in which the two fighters fight on a matted basketball court.

“That's why I am thinking of a basketball court. A matted basketball court, only two men in the middle of it, has a warning job where you go too often outside the warning job, you lose points, “said Rogan.

“At the moment I am only thinking about the hunger games. Just put someone and someone somewhere and they will find each other in the natural environment and fight together and everyone will look at it, so give them weapons,” replied PrOCHAZKA.

Jiri Prochazka and Joe Rogan discuss the 'black magic' of Alex Pereira

In addition to their bizarre discussion about unique martial arts ideas, Prochazka and Rogan also discussed the earlier comments from the former champion about the use of 'black magic' by Alex Pereira prior to his fighting.

'The Last Samurai' has stated historically that he believes that 'Patan' has an advantage in his fighting because he uses 'spiritual things' to help him win.

Nevertheless, the 32-year-old hope that after his recent victory at UFC 311 he has earned the chance to reject his two losses against Pereira and to overcome the claims of 'black magic'.
