Joe Rogan explains real reason he will skip massive UFC 315 world title double header

Joe Rogan has revealed why he chooses not to go to certain events, including the first world title fight of Belal Muhammad on UFC 315.

Rogan is the voice of the Octagon, but now only appears on pay-per-view events in America, the most recent getting out for UFC 313 in Las Vegas. He will be part of the UFC 314 broadcast from Miami next month, but has confirmed his absence of UFC 315 a month later.

This marks one of the big battles of Mohammed he will miss after he also left UFC 304 in Manchester last year.

Joe Rogan will miss UFC 315 in Montreal because he 'does not go to Canada'

During his podcast fighter for UFC London on Saturday evening, Joe Rogan noted that he will not attend the UFC 315 world title Double Header. He told Co-Hosts Gordon Ryan, Brendan Schaub and Eddie Bravo that the reason is his unwillingness to travel to Canada.

Although it is generally known that Rogan does not go to international events, it was not clear whether Canada fell into the same region. Speaking, however, with his friends, he said about the show: “I won't be there, I'm not going to Canada anymore, I don't do that.”

When Schaub joked 'nor should you have to', Rogan replied that he 'would rather go to Russia', which led to laughter throughout the studio. He also told a story about a meeting with President Donald Trump, where he claimed that he was going to refer to former Prime Minister Justin Trudeueu as “Governor Trudeau.”

Joe Rogan stopped international events years ago

It has been generally known for years that Joe Rogan does not cover international UFC-Pay-per-views because of his disinterest in travel. He rarely does even more stand-up comedy tours through America and prefers his compound in Austin, Texas to view fights.

“He doesn't want to travel anymore,” explained Michael Bisping during an appearance on the Jaxxon Podcast. “So he only does pay-per-views and then when it is like in Australia [such as UFC 312] I'll do it.

“But then they mix it between me, Dominick Cruz and Paul Felder because we all want to do the pay-per-views because you know, but they have set their team. They have Joe Rogan, Jon Anik and Daniel Cormier. You know what I mean if one of them can't make it, they kick it on the B team.”
