Joe Rogan shares ‘great night’ with Jake Paul and Jon Jones at Donald Trump inauguration

Donald Trump's inauguration took place last Monday and several martial arts athletes and icons were in attendance.

Donald Trump has always been a big fan of the UFC and combat sports and his early work with the UFC went a long way in saving the promotion in its early days.

And with that, it was no surprise that a plethora of sports stars attended Trump's inauguration last Monday, ahead of his second presidency.

The huge event even saw rivals come together as Conor McGregor embraced old rivals Jake Paul and Logan Paul, potentially putting their feuds to bed.

Joe Rogan shares 'great night' with Jake Paul and others

UFC icon Joe Rogan is a close friend of Trump and Dana White, having had a very close relationship with the president during his campaign and subsequent elections and was also present at the inauguration.

Rogan was there with podcast friends Theo Von and Tony Hinchcliffe and also teamed up with fellow UFC icons Georges St-Pierre and Jon Jones.

“It was a great night at the prom,” Paul captioned a photo of him, his brother Rogan and other attendees.

In addition to seemingly putting his feud with McGregor to bed, 'The Problem' Child came face to face with Mike Tyson for the first time since their controversial fight last November.

Despite the criticism the Paul brothers have received for their involvement in martial arts, Rogan has always complimented their involvement, labeling them as “genius.”

What's next for Jake Paul in martial arts?

The 27-year-old may have felt unlucky after apparently missing a boxing fight against 'The Notorious' McGregor as rumors mounted that the Irishman would fight Logan in India.

Despite this, talks have seemingly subdued and 'The Maverick' is putting 100% dedication into his WWE career.

There have been rumors for years since signing with the PFL that Jake will finally make his long-awaited MMA debut, and PFL CEO Don Davis is confident that will happen this year.

Despite this, the promotion seemingly offered Paul's former boxing rival, Nate Diaz, a huge payday to take him on in MMA, but Diaz denied the offer.

It's unclear at this point if 'The Problem Child's next fight will take place in the boxing ring or in the MMA cage, but as always, the disruptor has plenty of options.
