Joe Rogan’s hilarious UFC 313 flub goes viral as fans mock commentator for ‘young man’ comment

Joe Rogan's newest slip of the tongue did not make it beyond Ethelaarsogen social media users who ridiculed his commentary flub.

Rogan has been an important player on the commentary for UFC Pay-per-View events over the years, and is a beloved figure with MMA fans who have been watching for years. He and Daniel Cormier gave the color commentary on UFC 313 on Saturday, while Jon Anik was the play-by-play.

The problem with having a voice that is one of the most recognizable in the world is that when Rogan makes a mistake, it is strengthened. And a moment during the ring walks of Amanda Lemos and Iasmin Lucindo immediately went viral with fans on social media.

Joe Rogan accidentally calls a female hunter 'young man'

One of the most controversial fights of Saturday's event was Iasmin Lucindo and Amanda Lemos' main map setup. The stroke weights went the distance, with Lemos at the top in one of the least fan-friendly battles in the recent Pay-per-view memory.

Perhaps one of the few interesting moments in the pre-fight when the couple took their walk to the Octagon. Lucindo was on his way to the cage when Joe Rogan accidentally said: “Amanda Lemos is very dangerous, but this young man has a huge potential.”

He did not immediately correct the error, but made sure that Lemos then referred a “lady” during her walk to the Octagon. It was a very funny moment that made people talking, especially on X where the clip went viral.

Fans respond to the UFC 313 -Flub from Joe Rogan

The moment received a lot of reaction to X with fans who got Rogan's blunder out of the holes, with many who write a variation of “I thought I was the only one who caught him he said that.” Another joked that Rogan was “wrong” on both points, jokes that Lucindo is neither a woman or a hunter with potential.

“Lol they have completely brushed over it,” wrote a commentator after witnessing the Flub Live. “It was quiet for a good 10-15 seconds.”

Some were more forgiving for Rogan, with a friendlier commentator who wrote: “Joe does this forever. There are slip -ups. “Different iterations of the video have collected hundreds of thousands of views.
