Jon Jones has defeated many legends to settle as one of the most dominant athletes ever.
The current UFC Heavyweight Champion is generally considered the best hunter in the MMA history after an extraordinary 17-year-old run in the sport, in which he suffered only one loss with a controversial disqualification.
'Bones' Knock -Out Stipe Miocic when he was last in the Octagon at UFC 309 in November 2024.
However, it is unlikely that Jon Jones will score a finish that is more relentless than the person he has insured during his light heavyweight title fight against Lyoto Machida on UFC 140 in December 2011.

See how Jon Jones choked relentless Lyoto Machida
Jones became the youngest champion in history by denying 205LB King Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua in March 2011.
A few months later he tapped Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson to set up a second defense against Machida, against whom he in the penultimate UFC-Pay-per-View show of 2011.
The Brazilian karate specialist landed a few striking shots before being put asleep UFC 140.
Jones locked a standing Guillione choke that stabbed a cold in two rounds.
When the referee waved the fight, Jones had his hold and collapsed the lifeless body of the former champion on the ground where he was wide open for different scary moments with his eyes.
The official Facebook page of the UFC recently asked if Jones vs Machida was the 'coldest entry' ever.

What is the next step for Jon Jones?
Jones is in conversation for a UFC Unification collision with interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall.
Dana White insists that the fight is 'ready', but not done enough to make an official announcement.
“Well, I'll tell you what I've told you since the first day,” said White in March when he was asked for an update about Jones vs Aspinall. “The fight is going to happen. It's just a matter of when now, and having it signed and ready.
“The fight will happen. It will happen. It is done, but it is not done enough to sit here and announce it and give you a date – but the fight will happen.
“There is no logistics. It's just a matter of getting signed.”
