Jon Jones has not always hated Tom Aspinall, with the legend who made a very interesting remark about the Brit long before they started acting verbal jibes.
Currently, the world is desperately looking for the best heavyweights in the UFC Go-Head-to-Head in a great confrontation.
However, it does not look great at the moment, where Colby Covington claims that Jones wants an unrealistic figure to fight Aspinall.
The undisputed champion has shown very little interest in the British and has often been rejected his performance, which is bizarre, given what he said about him in August 2023.

Jon Jones made no secret of his aversion to Tom Aspinall and burned him 'annoying'.
At a certain moment, however, he had a lot of respect for the Englishman.
In an interview with the Overdogs-Podcast, the two-weight UFC champion revealed that at the time, alongside Sean O'Malley Aspinall, was the mixed war artist that he was most enthusiastic about.
The legend said: “I think he has the potential to do something very special in the heavyweight division. I think he will be difficult for the majority of the boys to defeat that, I really believe that.”
It is not surprising that Jones turned out to be correct, in which Aspinall destroyed every opponent on his path on the way to winning the interim championship.
Now it is still to see whether the New Yorker will fall into the bracket of hunters that will have difficulty beating the powerhouse.

Aspinall has refused to shun verbal shots on Jones, often claim that the 37-year-old is retiring before he fights him.
However, the thunderous puncher is more than willing to give the all time the respect he deserves.
