Jon Jones could retire to fight Tom Aspinall.
At the age of 23, Jon Jones shocked the world when he became the youngest champion in the history of UFC. On 37, Jones shocked the world again with his decision to withdraw from MMA, which avoided a title Unification fight with interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall.
Jones announced his official pension on June 21 and Aspinall was promoted to the undisputed heavyweight champion.
UFC CEO Dana White had guaranteed several times that the superfight would happen, later saying that he did everything he could because Jones decided not to continue.
Weeks away from his pension decision and hundreds of 'diving' claims, it seems that Jones is not yet done with fighting.

Jon Jones teases the white house fight after he claimed that he again introduced in the drug test pool
The UFC made national headlines on Wednesday when President Donald Trump announced that there will be a UFC event in the White House to commemorate the 250th birthday of the US, this time next year.
Jones vs. Aspinall was one of the many fights for the Witte House concept card, while Jones from the US and Aspinall comes from England.
Jones, who did the 'Trump Dance' for President Trump in Madison Square Garden last November, seems to like the idea to fight in the White House.
“Fighting in the White House?” Jones wrote on X.
Shortly thereafter, Jones claimed that he is now back in the UFC drug test pool, which insinuates a potentially comeback fight.
“I just reintroduced the test pool, which lasted about two weeks,” said Jones.
“I thought we would keep everyone's options open,” Jones added, not in mentioning Aspinall.

Jon Jones presented UFC Belt to President Trump after winning a pension fight
Jones was the last remaining American UFC champion in the men's divisions.
Although he never united the title against Tom Aspinall, 'Bones' closed his UFC career in style. Jones perhaps fought the largest heavyweight of all time in Stipe Miocic on UFC 309 in Madison Square Garden.
Jones beat Miocic with a rotating kick to defend his title and handed it to President Donald Trump, who was present.
Before Jones Trump presented his belt, he did the iconic dance of the president in the center of the Octagon and pointed to Trump Cageside.
