Where Nate Diaz and his team go, Drama has a history of following them.
Both Nick and Nate Diaz were involved in many fights during their MMA career, where they have become two of the greatest fan favorites in the history of sport.
After he started the UFC via 'The Ultimate Fighter', it was recently announced that the younger brother took on a coaching role in a surprising new company.
Diaz and Jon Jones would appear on 'Alf Reality', a Russian show that is very similar to 'Tuf', who in the past had several UFC stars served as a coach.
It appears that Diaz and Jones's comments about Islam Makhachev are only the start of the controversy that started almost immediately.
Nate Diaz's earlier quarrels with Khabib Nurmagomedov and Khamzat Chimaev for Brawl who led to the exit of the reality shows
In a recent video on his YouTube channel, Jake Shields documented the short and “chaotic” process to be in Thailand with Nate Diaz to photograph 'Alf Reality'.
Shields states early in the video that he and the rest of the team were skeptical about how things would go because of their earlier conflicts with Khabib Nurmagomedov and Khamzat Chimaev.
When they first arrived at the location and were greeted by many Russians and Chechens, as Shields remembers, there was concern that someone would try to test them.
Although things calmed when Jon Jones arrived, Shields says that the entire setup was incredibly unprofessional with crew members who run around and constantly got into the participants without anyone splitting them.
One hunter, who supposedly caused some controversy in previous seasons, looked at Diaz and when Shields came in to try to send a message to someone else trying, he claims that he was hit by one of the crew members.
The former UFC title Challenger stated in the video that he was incredibly doubtful that, even though there were so many crew members, no one could prevent this man from trying to attack people.
As a result, Diaz and his team decided to leave there and they have not returned to the film of the series.
“Once a few guys tried to blitz, I look around, you know, a hundred guys. It's like, oh s -, I better deescalate this situation, not going crazy. So at that moment we calmed, stayed a little longer but it was just chaos.
“There were almost fighting, people were beaten, it was just too much. We started bouncing, they tried to say that we could not leave. We are just like:” Nah, we are f— departure. “
The drama did not end there during the trip from Nate Diaz to Thailand
Jake Shields ended the video by saying that there were several hunters who claimed that they were looking for Nate Diaz and the rest of the team.
He made it clear that everyone who wanted to know could easily have discovered where they were because they stayed in the same hotel where they were brought, and hanging out on the beach.
“People sent me videos of Russian Instagram and TV, whatever. Probably, these Russian and Chets Jagers looking for us around Thailand, but the drivers drove us to our hotel, they knew exactly where we were.
“We were in the same area for three days, four days and went to exactly the same places. Everyone knew where we were, we were chilling there. They just walked with their mouths and tried to act hard.”
