Jon Jones vs Tom Aspinall perfect BMF co-main event named by UFC legend Michael Bisping

Michael Bisping believes he has the ideal co-main event banger for Jon Jones vs. Tom Aspinall – one of the most tempting UFC fights in 2025.

Heavyweight MMA always draws public attention, especially during a showdown between the Elite Champions. Jones is one of the most, if not the most, decorated fighter in MMA history, while Aspinall has put the pre-fight pressure on Jones like no other.

While Jones-Aspinall continues to be negotiated, UFC fans and pundits, including former middleweight champion Michael Bisping, are ruminating on a potential mega-card that could accompany the biggest undisputed heavyweight title fight in many years.

Michael Bisping names Max Holloway vs. Charles Oliveira for the BMF belt as co-main to Aspinall-Jones

Bisping believes a lightweight BMF rematch between titleholder Max Holloway and No. 2-ranked Charles Oliveira would be the perfect fight to accompany Jones-Aspinall on international fight week.

'For example, I draw on this [fight]Bisping noted on his YouTube channel. “I love Charles Oliveira; I like the fact that he wants to be active. And I love Max Holloway, he is an absolute legend of the sport.

“This rematch, International Fight Week, positioned it as the co-main event to Jon Jones vs. Tom Aspinall. . . . Charles 'Do Bronx' takes on Max Holloway for the BMF belt. My God, this one will be an absolute blockbuster. '

Charles Oliveira and Max Holloway verbally agree to rematch

Oliveira stressed interest in a BMF showdown with Holloway if lightweight champion Islam Makhachev is unavailable, courtesy of championship rounds on X.

Charles Oliveira is no longer up for fighting

Holloway replied to Oliveira and staged a fight during international fight week, as Bisping suggested.

Holloway and Oliveira previously fought in 2015, with Oliveira suffering an esophageal injury calling the fight. Ten years later, the fight couldn't be more compelling, with both men having fought for a UFC title in their last three outings.
