'GameBred' is always proud of himself as a man of the people and now he wants to return.
For the vast majority of Jorge Masvidal's life, he is known for one thing and that has brought him every success and fame over the years.
The 52-Fight veteran made his MMA debut all the way back in 2003 and with 22 UFC fights under his belt there is not much that he did not do in the sport.
The MMA record of Masvidal does not even tell the full story of his love affair with combat sports that initially made his name in Backyard Street Fight videos and steps in the boxing world to fight Nate Diaz last year.
The inaugural BMF champion may have an octagonal return to his visor, but there is still a new path that he wants to explore in the near future now that this ends his career.

Jorge Masvidal announces intentions to run for the Senate of the state of Florida
Jorge Masvidal announced his retirement from MMA back on UFC 287, where he was losing for Gilbert Burns in his home of Miami, Florida.
Although there is a lot of talking about him to make a UFC comeback two years later with UFC 314 in April that has already been booked for Miami, it seems that 'GameBred' also pursues new ways to keep themselves busy.
Masvidal is certainly no stranger to the political world and expresses his opinions.
The former UFC star recently posted X to mention his intention in politics and how he hopes to run for a place in the Senate of the state of Florida, so that he can look to use his voice to a positive change to apply.
Masvidal in particular refers how passionate he is about stamping the “children's trade” and how the current handling of the situation is far from sufficient.
“Many friends have come forward in the last 48 hours to encourage me to run mayor of Hiastah, because that office is left by the current mayor.
“I decided to stay focused on the possibility of walking for the Senate of the state of Florida, because I believe I can have a greater impact in the fight against child trafficking, which is unbridled in Miami-Dade County.
“The career politicians have done nothing to stop this horrible abuse of children. I am a hunter and I am ready to fight against the sex traders of children and to put them bankrupt.
“If there is a vacancy in the Senate as expected, I am very likely that I will make the race. In the meantime, I will think and pray about where I can make the biggest difference for the people of our community.

Jorge Masvidal focuses his attention for now
As Jorge Masvidal stated at the end of his position, while waiting for this opportunity to perform, he will find other ways to take his time.
Nothing has been confirmed yet, but having 'GameBred' in the Octagon in the Kaseya Center in Miami would be very logical if he again competed in MMA.
Although potential matchups have not been largely discussed or discussed, Welsh Fighter Oban Elliott has continuously proclaimed Masvidal on behalf of his idol, Chael Sonnen.
Another name that has called to face the 40-year-old is his former opponent Darren Till who replied to Masvidal's post hoping to book a rematch in a boxing ring.
Let's fight March 29 before you do that champion
