Jose Aldo bounced back to become a double champion of the UFC featherweight before he went to Bantamweight, where he suffered a controversial split decision loss for Mario Bautista in his most recent outing on UFC 307 in October.
In his absence, Max Holloway, Alexander Volkanovski and Ilia Topuria all started the UFC -Geiten conversation of featherweight -but there is a promotional newcomer who wants to prove that he is the largest 145LB hunter.

Jose Aldo called by Patricio Pitbull
Patricio 'Pitbull' Freire will make his company debut on UFC 314 on 12 April.

Pitbull insists that weight classes do not prevent him from getting the UFC fights that he really wants.
The 37-year-old says that fans can expect him to compete as low as Bantam weight and as high as good weight during his upcoming run in MMA's most important promotion.
“Depending on the challenge, we would do it,” added Pitbull when he was asked about potentially changing divisions.
“From 135 to 170, depending on who the opponent is, we are in it. Even 170, depending on the history of the hunter. If someone is too young and without history, [no, but] If he has a history that looks like mine, and it's a bit older like me, we would go for it. “
