Jose Aldo has doubled with his decision to retire from MMA.
The former two -time featherweight champion suggested that he had finished fighting at UFC 315.

After the fight, 'Scarface' put his gloves on the ground to indicate his retirement before he suggested that he was more than likely to be done with MMA during an emotional interview in the Octagon.

Jose Aldo offers a pension update
Jose Aldo was not final with his formulation, so fans kept the hope he can fight again.
However, he stopped comeback talk during a press conference in the NOVA Uniao training center on Saturday.
“No, I don't see myself fighting,” said Aldo.
'When I went back [to the UFC in 2024]It was not for money, it was for a goal, I had a calling.
“I tried to do it and it didn't work. I gave everything and was happy with everything I achieved.
“There is no fight that would make me come back. To place the GI, to spar or do something, only in five years.
“Thank good I will be almost 50 in five years, so there is no possibility to fight, there is no calling.”

Former two-time UFC champion Middleweight Israel Adesanya paid a tribute to Jose Aldo after his pension fight.
Max Holloway and Conor McGregor also shared some friendly words for their former opponent.
Nevertheless, Aldo wants to fully distance itself from fighting and competing for the coming years.
He added: “I have a different goal in life, a different path. Offer me a fight wherever it is, I don't want it.
“I don't see myself fighting, or training, or doing something. Of course I see myself training here to help my friends. I know how difficult that is, so if I can help in a way with the experience I have, I will help with all my heart.
“But to specifically put a GI or something to fight, never again.”
