Real Madrid's profession against the suspension of two matches of Jude Bellingham has been rejected.
The English midfielder was hit with the ban after he was sent against Osasuna on 15 February for cursing with the referee.
In his competition report, referee Jose Munera Montero stated that Bellingham said “F *** you” to him.
The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) forbade the 21-year-old for two games and said that he showed “contemptuous or illnesses towards referees, officials or sports authorities”.
After the match, Bellingham said that he had not insulted the referee, but had made “an expression for myself”.
Real Madrid said that the RFF's Appeals Committee Bellingham had said “F *** off” instead of “F *** you”.
The appeals committee said that the club had tried “to prove the absence of the insulting or offensive nature of” F *** off “, but said that this was” not relevant “since it could not confirm that Bellingham said this.
The committee also considered the crime as so serious and violent behavior (in an oral sense).
According to the reasons, the expert report stated that Bellingham said that “F *** you” and video certificate from the club did not show a conclusive perspective to prevent the expert report.
He will now miss the league match of his side against Girona on Sunday and the trip to Sevilla to really make betis on 2 March.
Bellingham will also be excluded from the first stage of the Last-16 draw by Real Madrid against Atletico Madrid after collecting a third booking of the European campaign in the defeat of Manchester City on Wednesday.
