Justin Gaethje could join Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone in exclusive $1million club at UFC 313

Justin Gaethje is generally considered the most exciting hunter who ever steps into the UFC Octagon and on Saturday evening on UFC 313 he will show that for the 14th time.

This Saturday at UFC 313, Justin Gaethje finally returns to the Octagon after 11 months off after his brutal ko loss to Max Holloway on UFC 300.

'The highlight' takes on Rafael Fiziev in what an epic rematch of their war in 2023 was that Gaethje was released with the majority decision.

Gaethje is hopeful that with a victory over the explosive striker he can earn a surprise title against lightweight King, Islam Makhachev.

Justin Gaethje could join Donald 'Cowboy' Cerrone in Exclusive Club

Although he is generally considered one of the most exciting hunters ever, Gaethje believes that he has been 'too safe' in his recent versions and will change his style against Fiziev.

Although 'the highlight' is recently critical of his own performances, with an impressive victory over 'Attaman', he could become a member of an exclusive club of which only Donald 'Cowboy' Cerrone is part.

'Cowboy' leads the road with the most postal fight bonuses in the UFC history and his 18 bonuses have exceeded $ 1 million.

Gaethje has collected 13 post-fight bonuses in 13 UFC fights, gathered up to $ 900,000, thanks to a huge bonus of $ 300,000 earned on UFC 300 for fighting the night.

The 36-year-old has the chance to join Cerrone by earning $ 1 million from bonuses after the fight with a big victory over UFC 313. If 'the highlight' wins performance of the night and their fight is awarded Fight of the Night, Gaethje will come to Cerrone.

There is certainly a good chance that Gaethje will complete the performance as his first fight against Fiziev on UFC 286 won Fight of the Night and their Rematch will almost guarantee the expectation.

Justin Gaethje hopeful for earning lightweight title shot with a big win

Despite the fact that he has considered his future in sport after his loss against Holloway, Gaethje has admitted that he still wants to go to the undisputed title.

Current 155LB King, Islam Makhachev recently defended his title for the fourth time when he submitted Renato Moicano to UFC 311.

After his impressive record -breaking victory, Makhachev admitted that he thinks there are not many more contenders in the weight class.

However, Gaethje believes that he could fight alongside the title, because the Russian champion continues to play down the potential of a Supervecht against Ilia Topuria.
