It is currently unknown whether Justin Gaethje will stay on the map on UFC 313 after an unfortunate news for more than a week.
'The highlight' has been involved in some of the best fights we have ever seen in the Octagon and his next fight looked like another instant classic.
When Gaethje opponents do not separate, this tends to lead to an absolute war, and that is what the five-round co-length event in Las Vegas promised to be on 8 March.
Dan Hooker also has a good track record for stealing the show and 'The Hangman' prepared for maximum massacre in five rounds in the T-Mobile Arena.
Unfortunately, Hooker is forced to withdraw from the fight because of a hand injury that he announced himself via the YouTube channel of his daughter.

Rafael Fiziev calls on to face Justin Gaethje in a rematch on UFC 313
Although seeing Justin Gaethje and then Hooker is planned again, it would be very logical, it means that the next month loses a lot of name value on UFC 313.
If the former interim light weight and BMF champion get a new opponent for the same date, the UFC will have to act quickly, but luckily for the promotion, the lightweight division will do that exactly.
Rafael Fiziev was one of the first hunters who responded to Het Laatste Nieuws when he posted a message on social media to make it clear that he is willing to step in.
'Ataman' has actively striped a return to the Octagon after he did not fight since he suffered an injury in his main event collision with Mateusz Gamrot in September 2023.
His fight for that was a majority decisions for Gaethje on UFC 286 in London, where both men did not have a surprising fight of the night bonus.
Before his last two setbacks, Fiziev drove a six-fabric win racon in the Octagon with victories over people like Rafael Dos Anjos, Bobby Green and Renato Moicano.
With the 31-year-old striker who falls just outside the top 10, he would like to come back and what a better way to announce his return than by stepping in to save the show.

The UFC may be low on options for Justin Gaethje
Rafael Fiziev can get the chance to get this rematch with Justin Gaethje, because there are now no many options for 'the highlight'.
When I looked at the top of the division, Arman Tsarukyan and Charles Oliveira may be the best attacks, but Tsarukyan recently ran a back injury that forced him from UFC 311.
A rematch with 'Do Bronx' seems to be the best fit and with Dustin Poirier looking ahead to his last fight in the Octagon, it is slim pickings at the top of 155 pounds.
The will of Fiziev, or Beneil Dariush, who had canceled his UFC 311 fight with Renato Moicano in the short term, can also be in the race, unless the UFC decides to remove Gaethje.
