
Juventus has confirmed that defender Renato Veiga is being established for an enchantment on the sidelines after having sustained a leg injury during the loss of Wednesday against PSV.
Veiga, who is on loan at Juve from Chelsea, stopped early during the play-off loss of the Bianceri's Champions League in the Netherlands.
The Portugal International has since undergone tests at the J Medical Center in Turin, where Juventus offers an update on Thursday.
“Renato Veiga, who came to PSV Eindhoven during the first half of the match, underwent diagnostic tests,” Juve said in a statement.
“The investigations revealed an injury to the tendon of the Plantaris Gracilis in his right leg.”

The timeline for the return of Veiga was not shared, but media reports suggest that the 21-year-old will miss action between two and three weeks.
Veiga joined Juve on loan until the end of the season in January and started this month on all five of their games.
He impressed in the 1-0 Serie A victory of last week on Inter, which led the way for touches (63), completed Passen (41) and clearance (seven).
The fourth placed Juve returns to League Action on Sunday with a trip to Cagliari, before he hosts Empoli in the quarterfinals of Coppa Italia.
