Juventus has confirmed that Federico Gatti has suffered a calfbot fracture.
Gatti sustained the injury on Saturday during Juve's 1-0 win over Genoa, when the new boss Igor Tudor reached a winning start.
Italian media reports said that Gatti could be a month after he was forced into the first half of the field after a collision with Genoa striker Andrea Pinamonti, who missed the ball and unintentionally kicked the defender's leg.
And Juve confirmed that: “Tests revealed the presence of a composite fracture for the Diaphysis of the Fibula.”

Pinamonti apologized for the incident on social media.
“I'm so sorry for your injury, I wish you a quick recovery and that you can return to the field as soon as possible,” he wrote on Instagram.
Gatti said he will do everything he can to return quickly, while Juventus continued the fifth placed their fight to qualify for the Champions League with a top-four finish.
“I will try to be as close as possible to my teammates at this very important time of the season,” wrote Gatti in an Instagram story.
The 26-year-old started this season with 26 Serie A matches for Juve, where only Manuel Locatelli played from the off in so many games in the competition between the Bianceris Squad.
He leads Juve's team for the approvals (73) and head toilet (37), second for interceptions (18).
Juventus, who is only one point under the fourth bologna placed, visits Roma on Sunday.
