Juventus will be without seven players, including Bremer, Arkadiusz Milik and Douglas Luiz, for their Serie A collision with Atalanta on Sunday.
Thiago Motta's Bianconeri is on a five-match winning streak in the competition and are fourth in the table with 52 points.
They are only three drifts of the third placed Atalanta, who for the first time since 2000 have kept four consecutive clean sheets in the Serie A, although two of those competitions were on targeted trekkings.
Juventus has not defeated La Dea since March 2018 in a home competition match, and their bid to close the gap for their rivals will be impeded by a series of fitness problems.
“(Jonas) Rouhi, (Juan) Cabal, Bremer, Milik, Douglas Luiz, (Francisco) Conukicao and (Nicolo) Savona won't be there,” Motta said on Saturday.
“The others are available and ready to start the competition or to enter the current competition.”

Motta emphasized the importance of a robust defensive effort against Atalanta, whose 45 open game goals in the Serie A this season are the most of each team, but he also knows that they have to provide enough service to send Dusan Vlahovic and Randal Kolo Muani.
“Tomorrow we will have to be a very solid defense. Until today we did very well because the attackers did very well,” said Motta.
“Our idea is not changing; we will see if Vlahovic or Kolo Muani will play from the start.”
Sunday's game will be especially for midfielder Teun Koopmeiners while he faces his former club, but the Dutchman-Die scored in Juve's 2-0 win over Verona on Monday-Zal to continue his improved form.
“There will always be criticism and it is part of this job,” Motta said. “In the last game he came up very well and he also scored a goal.
“I am very happy for him because we live to score goals … I hope he can be of great help for the team tomorrow.”
The match will also bring Motta face-to-face with his former coach Gian Piero Gasperini, whom he played at Genoa and Inter.
“He is a great coach. Gasperini doesn't have to prove anything anymore because he has shown so much. He is a complete coach and has done a great job,” Motta said about his opponent.
