Former UFC champion Welterweight Kamaru USM's Veke with Belal Muhammad took a surprising turn.
The tensions rise between the former UFC title holder Kamaru Usman and the current UFC Welterweight champion Belal Muhammad. While Muhammad is preparing for Jack della Maddalena in his first defending defense at UFC 315, his garbage conversation is almost crossed the border, according to Usman.
Muhammad and Maddalena Koppen an intriguing map on UFC 315 in Montreal. After an unbeaten run in the UFC, Maddalena got the fast climb to a title shot after he completed Gilbert Burns in his last fight on UFC 299.
Muhammad and Maddalena expressed mutual respect in the immediate aftermath of the announcement of the UFC 315 Fight, but that has changed quickly in recent weeks.

Kamaru Usman compares Belal Muhammad with Colby Covington
After Maddalena was briefly linked to a pre-fighting fundraiser aimed at covering travel costs prior to the UFC 315, Muhammad seized the opportunity to troll him on social media. Maddalena responded by mocking the 'boring' fighting style of Muhammad.
Usman, who went through various arguments during his UFC -Welterweight title line, believes that Mohammed is closer to the mirror of one of his former rivals with his mental war tactics.
During a recent episode of The Pound 4 Pound Podcast, Usman raised his aversion to Mohammed by comparing his antics with two -time rival Colby Covington.
“I don't think that is very Muslim-like,” said Usman. “We don't care about that. It is what it is. This is a man who is real, for as nice as you say that you don't like Covington for what Covington did to reach the top of the division and how he talks to people, you are not far from it now.
“And I think many fans see that, and many fans understand that too, but it is what it is. At least these two boys will be able to step there and actually arrange, so I am enthusiastic about that.” (H/T MMA Junkie)
In the run-up to both title fights from Usman against Covington, the last repeatedly made personal shots at Usman, so that his father brought waste with it in pre-fighting. Covington called for similar tactics before his matchup with Leon Edwards on UFC 296.
Muhammad earned the belt by beating Edwards on UFC 304 last July. This is not the first time that Usman and Muhammad have driven in hooks, and they would allegedly have had a full fight during a unpaid podcast episode.
Belal Muhammad made a daring prediction for UFC 315 title fight
Muhammad wants to make an explanation in his first UFC-Weltergege defense defense, which promises to show off with 'Canelo Hands' and stay away from a wrestling approach. But Muhammad, who has an elite struggle base, may be able to go back to that promise in the Octagon.
Usman has not been published in the Octagon since a middleweight loss for Khamzat Chimaev on UFC 294. He plagued a yielding return later this year because he may want to make a different title before he hangs the gloves.
Usman and Muhammad may be able to be on a collision course later this year if Usman separates himself as a top candidate. In the meantime, beef continues to brew between the two stars.
