Arsenal has signed Chloe Kelly for a free transfer after the expiry of her contract in Manchester City, after a loan in the Gunners last season.
The England attacker changed her loan into a permanent move after she came to Arsenal in January, scored twice and gave five assists in 13 performances in all competitions.
The 27-year-old helped to win Renee Slees's side last season, starting in their 1-0 last victory over Barcelona in May.
Kelly, born in London, permanently returns to Arsenal, who came to the Clubacademie at the age of 12 in 2010 before leaving for Everton in 2018.
Kelly said about her move: “Putting pen on paper about a permanent contract with Arsenal is a striking moment for me.
“Learning from an incredible manager and continuing to build relationships with an excellent team is a journey that I look forward to going on.
“I am enthusiastic about more silverware in this special club and to bring more trophies back to North Londs to celebrate with our supporters.
“I have always said that Arsenal supporters are the best and to have them by my side, to sing my name, means so much to me.”
Kelly's switch to the Emirates Stadium comes in the midst of the attacker who is part of the English Euro 2025 team in Switzerland, where they want to keep their title.
Kelly scored the extra-time winner in the Euro 2022 final and will want to produce more heroic deeds for the Lionesses this summer with Sarina Wiegman's side who started their campaign against France on Saturday.

Kelly leaves Man City after five years in the club, where she scored a total of 109 performances and scored 30 goals, won the 2020 FA Cup and 2022 League Cup.
Arsenal Boss Slesers said: “I am happy that we were able to make Chloe a permanent signature for us.
“She had a big impact for us and played an important role in what we achieved here last season, and I know she is sharing our ambition to compete for more.”
Kelly continues to wear the number 18 shirt in Arsenal.

Sky to show nearly 90 percent of the WSL matches from next season
In October it was announced that Sky Sports signed a new five -year -old deal to broadcast the WSL – securing the rights to show nearly 90 percent of the competition matches.
From next season, Sky will broadcast 118 games from the WSL, more than three times the number of games currently, with 78 games that are shown exclusively.

The new partnership also gives Sky the option to show competitions of the Women's Championship and Women's League Cup, including the final. This brings both competitions to Sky platforms for the first time.
In 2023, Sky Sports broadcasts more than 70 percent of all live on television on television women's sports. Women's football can be enjoyed next to England Cricket, the Hundred, US Open Tennis, WTA Tour, Ladies Golf Majors, England Netball, F1 Academy, WPL Cricket, Women's Boxing, Women's Super League (Rugby League) and more.
Football fans can enjoy this enormous increase in women's match matches from next season at the same time with the Sky record deal with the Premier League stairs, including at least 215 games – an increase of 70 percent on live games exclusively.
