Khabib explains who he thinks is the future of MMA
With the former UFC Lichtweight Champion who is now a sharp and closely monitoring of the upcoming hunters in the sport, he has stated who he thinks that the 'future of MMA' is.
Last Friday, Nurmagomedov was present at the PFL 2025 World Tournament Championships in Atlantic City, New Jersey, where he bowed federalweight Jager Movlid Khaybulaev for his title against Jesus Pinedo.
Khaybulaev then entered the former champion and won himself $ 500,000 and the belt of featherweight before 2025.
Someone else who hoped to reach the tournament championship is the Russian prospect, Khasan Magomedsharipov, the younger brother of former UFC star, Zabit Magomedsharipov.
Zabit is generally considered one of the greatest 'what as' stories in the history of UFC after he shocked with the sport to pursue a career as a doctor.
But although fans have been destroyed in the idea of never seeing Zabit fighting again, the blow is softened by the fact that his younger brother is at the start of his MMA career and has an exciting future for him, so much that Khabib explained him as 'the future' of MMA.
Magomedsharipov's manager claimed that the younger brother is 'much better' than Zabit
The 24-year-old is currently 10-0 in professional MMA and is currently fighting under the PFL banner in the Vederweight division.
And with what is considered such an exciting career, the Zabit manager has claimed that Khasan is 'much better' than the former UFC star and that he would be in the top five of the ranking if he now signed at the UFC.
