Khabib Nurmagomedov buys ‘swanky’ new home for man who helped him become UFC legend

Khabib Nurmagomedov uses his MMA million to take care of the people closest to him.

The former UFC Lightweight Champion proved that money is not a problem for him when he withdrew from fighting after he had stifled Justin Gaethje in October 2020, despite the fact that he had several well -paid fights in him at 32 years old.

Even a collision of $ 100 million with Floyd Mayweather could not convince him to return to fight sports.

Now he is an MMA coach at elite level who helped three of his teammates to win world titles in the UFC, PFL and Bellator.

Khabib Nurmagomedov buys the old coach New Home

The generosity of Khabib Nurmagomedov became clear when he bought Shara Magomedov an expensive watch when they met for years in Dubai after 'Bullet' from the Gym of Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov was kicked because of his hairstyle.

More recently 'The Eagle' has made an even more extravagant purchase for his coach, Javier Mendez.

The American Kickboxing Academy [AKA] Founder helped Nurmagomedov to reach the top of MMA, while he also supervised the career of Islam Makhachev, Daniel Cormier, Cain Velasquez and Luke Rockhold.

Now Mendez has been rewarded for his hard work with a 'chic' new apartment in Dubai.

At the start of his newest podcast, the co-host of Mendez thanked the Aka boss for improving his lighting by moving houses.

“Javier finally has a chic new place with great lighting,” he said. “These podcasts get ten times more view. Thank you for repairing the setup, that's all I am going to say. “

Mendez grinned when he answered: “Thanks Khabib, he has a new apartment for me.”

Will Khabib Nurmagomedov ever fight again?

The rivalry Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Conor McGregor has warmed up again in recent weeks.

'Notorious' is currently looking for a comeback opponent after he has been put aside of MMA since breaking his leg on UFC 264 in July 2021.

However, it is safe to say that Conor McGregor does not get the chance to avenge Nurmagomedov's UFC 229 loss.

The 29-0 Russian phenomenon provided a final update in response to comeback rumors in October 2024.

“There is no chance, none. Not even 1%, minus [chance]”Said Nurmagomedov.

“If you need champions, I help my brothers to become champions … We have Islam [Makhachev] As champion we have Umar [Nurmagomedov] As the next competition we have Usman [Nurmagomedov] As a champion – we have many champions.

“You will never miss me, because in our team and our gym we make champions – you will always have champions, don't worry.”
