Khalil Rountree JR responded to his UFC Kansas City Main Event that is being canceled.
The light heavyweight competition has not fought anymore since they suffer a TKO loss of the fourth round against Alex Pereira when they collided in October in October for 205 pounds at UFC 307.
A comeback fight against former champion Jamahal Hill would take place in Missouri on 26 April.
However, UFC boss Dana White recently announced that the Main Event -Matchup from Khalil Rountree Jr. has been replaced by Ian Garry vs Carlos Prates, who was supposed to fight Geoff Neal before an injury derailed their UFC 314 collision.

Khalil Rountree Jr. Focuses on Jamahal Hill Fight Annternation
Rumors about Hill who were injured on the internet a few days before the White announcement.
On Tuesday, Rountree confirmed that a problem with his opponent led to their fight being deleted.
It is currently unclear which injury Hill has to do, but the hope is that the 205LB duo will clash quickly.
“So I just came on the phone with the UFC, and it seems that Jamahal Hill is injured, unable to fight in Kansas City on April 26,” Rountree said on his YouTube channel.
“So it seems that I have no fight and it will be postponed. I don't know when, but it seems that it is the case so far.
“I have no idea what the problem is. I only know that UFC told me he had to withdraw because of an injury.
“Usually they do not give too many details about what the injury is or whatever, but they told me it was an injury and that he needed more time to recover from this injury, that's why they will postpone the fight.
“Hopefully we will stay tailored, just at a later time.”
Magomed Ankalaev vs Alex Pereira 2?
Since the beating of Rountree, Alex Pereira has lost his light heavyweight belt to Magomed Ankalaev.
The favorite of the Brazilian fan was equipped in five rounds last month in the UFC 313 main event.
White seemed to have been canceled on an immediate rematch during a press conference after the fight.
Since then, the 205LB rivals have been locked up in negotiations for a summer confrontation.
The last update came from Ankalaev, who claimed to have agreed to a Rematch in August.
However, he wondered if Pereira would be ready and would be willing to go again in a few months.
“I feel that you don't want the Rematch after I have agreed to August,” Ankalaev tweeted.
Fans will just have to wait for an official update before the light heavyweight title photo becomes clear.
