Not many center-backs that played next to Virgil van Dijk have found a disadvantage, but Ibrahima Konate has set one.
The Frenchman, placed firmly in the cheek with tongue, said that his partner on the back is so good that he takes the attention away from his own top performance.
Konate enjoyed an excellent season for the Reds and helped the League leaders to another clean sheet in the 1-0 win over Everton on Wednesday.
But he joked that people forget that he even plays, so is the appliance given to the captain.

Konate is not afraid to mention his ambition even better Van Dijk in one day.
He continued: 'With Virgil we know how good he is, how special he is and what he has been doing for years. He's so good. I take a few things from him.
