FOOTIE ace Kyle Walker and ex-lover Lauryn Goodman have a doorbell ding-dong.
Lauryn was presented with a Ring Doorbell after the hi-tech intercom security system at her home failed.
But the TV personality, who has son Kairo, four, and daughter Kinara, one, by England and Man City star Walker, insists the cheaper alternative won't provide the peace of mind she needs for her family.
Defender Walker, 34, has previously agreed to maintain the £2.4million property in Sussex.
Thanks to a Control4 system, Lauryn, 33, was able to monitor visitors on CCTV and open the gate to her driveway.
A source said: “The system continued to fail, which worried her.
“She felt quite vulnerable. It is the children of top football players who live there and safety is essential.
“So she contacted Kyle's property manager and asked if they could get it fixed.
“They said no and instead offered a Ring Doorbell system, which doesn't provide nearly the same level of security and doesn't open the gate. She is angry.”
It's the latest row between Lauryn and Walker – divorce papers filed by wife Annie, 32, mother of his four children.
A source close to Walker said: “Under the court order, all housing concerns are submitted directly to what is essentially the temporary landlord handling Lauryn's requests.
“If Lauryn has any issues that she is aware of, ask the landlord to discuss it with Kyle if they cannot reach an agreement.
“Kyle is completely unaware of any issues Lauryn may have with the property and would urge her to follow the procedures set out by the court that protect her and the children.”
