Lampard’s work at Coventry earns new plaudits and tipped for job with EPL club

Chelsea legend Frank Lampard becomes the target of a Premier League club in the midst of his amazing work at Coventry.

Lampard, 46, returned to management in November to take over the Sky Blues, almost a year and a half after an unfortunate second spell as the boss of the blues who succeeded an failed spell on Everton.

The legendary midfielder, however, turned the tide of his coaching career when he quickly transformed the championship equipment from relegation -thrusters to promotion of opportunities.

The Chelsea Great team has set up the table from the 17th and is currently on the Play -OFF places.

And according to Talksport, Southampton Lampard is watching after fired manager Ivan Juric.

Juric was confirmed less than 24 hours after the 3-1 loss of Sunday at Tottenham, confirmed the relegation of Saints to the championship.

Lampard, however, is now aimed at the current Premier League -Push with Coventry.

Southampton has drawn up a list with other goals for next season in the Second Division.

That includes Danny Rohl from Sheffield Wednesday, Liam Rosenior from Strasbourg and the former Prime Minister League boss David Wagner.

And it is Rohl and Rosenior who seem to be at the top of the list of Saints.

The Sheffield Wednesday Boss saved his team from relegation to League One last season before liding this period to the play-off position.

Rosenior, on the other hand, did fantastic work at Strasbourg, who ended 13th in Ligue 1 last season, because he led them to fourth place, leading to Champions League qualification.

First team coach Simon Rusk will be in charge of Southampton until the end of the season with Adam Lallana as his assistant.
