Last man to defeat Dricus du Plessis makes surprising switch from ONE Championship following vicious KO win

DRICUS DU PLESSIS has proven many people incorrectly during his time in the UFC.

The current middleweight champion will want to prove that today he is one of the best hunters in the world when Du Plessis is opposite Khamzat Chimaev in the main event of UFC 319.

While the South African received a lot of criticism from fans during his rise in the UFC, he wins, such as Israel Adesanya, Sean Strickland and Robert Whittaker.

Du Plessis is incredibly confident on the way to the Chimaev -Matchup and has not lost any fight since October 2018.

The last man who hands over 'Still Knocks' a loss has had to deal with many setbacks in recent years, but he can finally pass by by getting a new start in a new house.

Roberto Soldic Set to make his debut for Fame MMA in September

Roberto Soldic was achieved a remarkable success and was a highly sought after free agent when it was announced that he would leave the promotion in 2022.

'Robocop' signed at one championship, despite the interest of the UFC, where he has made only three performances for the promotion since 2022.

The first outing of the Croatian was a no match before it was stopped in the second round by Zebaztian Kadestam during One Fight Night 10 in Colorado.

His only career finally seemed to be on the right track after his last fight on a 171 last February, where he returned from an almost two-year resignation with a devastating first round knockout victory.

In a surprising announcement, the Polish promotion bar MMA announced that soldier will debut with the promotion on 6 September.

Soldic thanked one championship on Instagram for allowing him to compete in another sport, which suggests that he is still signed with the promotion for the time being.

Fame MMA stated that his debut opponent will be announced on Fame 26, which will take place in Poland later (July 12).

Roberto Soldic fought Dricus du Plessis in back-to-back title fights

At KSW 43 in Poland, Roberto Soldic and Drus Du Persis met for the first time in the cage, where the South African came at the top through a second round break.

After having had his first interruption loss and lost his welterweight title, the Croatian was booked to rematch 'Still Knocks' in KSW 45 in London in 2018.

'Robocop' received revenge through a knockout in the first round and to this day he is the only man who stops Du Plessis with strikes and the last man to beat him.

Du Plessis would fight twice before he signed at the UFC in 2020, where he won nine fights in a row.
