Lazio have outbid Torino for Chelsea midfielder Casadei

After Toro submitted an opening bid of ten million euros last week, Lazio have made their first proposal.

TMW says Lazio have offered 12 million euros in cash plus 10 percent of any sell-on fee.

It is now up to Toro to make a new offer or walk away.

It is suggested that Casadei's future will be decided before the end of this week.
