Chiesa moved to Liverpool from Juventus in August, but has struggled for form and fitness since his arrival.
A return to Serie A has been disputed for the Italy -International, where Lazio is already showing interest.
Lalaziosiamonoi.it says that Liverpool is willing to listen to offers for Chiesa and would try to earn back the € 15 million they paid for the attacker at the start of the season.
Lazio would try to set a loan scheme with an option to buy – with the asking price of Liverpool within their budget.
However, Lazio would need help from Liverpool to cover part of the € 7 million salary from Chiesa to make the deal work.
