Leon Edwards’ brother breaks silence with five-word statement after Sean Brady’s UFC London beatdown

Leon Edwards still has the support of his family after losing interruption for the first time in his UFC career.

The resident of Birmingham was completely dominated for four rounds before he was submitted on Saturday evening by Sean Brady in UFC London. After he had lost his belt to Belal Mohammed last summer, it was assumed that a victory in his home country would be enough to get him a shot on gold.

Brady, however, showed impressive wrestling and wore the former champion in a debilitating battle in which fans were on their way to the outputs early. Edwards has been quiet since the fight, but his brother; Two-time Bellator-titlass candidate and PFL star Fabian Edwards has opened on Instagram stories.

After the fight, Leon Edwards chose not to make a public comment while he takes the defeat privately. His brother Fabian, however, shared a short message on his Instagram story that shows support for his older brother or sister.

Fabian understands the pressure of the headliner of great events in itself and has tasted the defeat on the big stage. He fought twice for Bellator Gold against Johnny Eblen and is always cornered by his brother.

The younger Edwards posted a photo of He and his brother on his Instagram stories and wrote in the caption: “Always be in your corner.”

There was a clearly bad blood on the way to Saturday UFC London's main event, where Brady and Edwards refused to touch gloves even before the first round. After the American had won the victory, it didn't seem to be smooth at all because they stayed icy on top of each other.
