Liverpool has been one of the busiest Premier League clubs on the transfer market this summer, but the side of Arne Slot does not look quickly to end their business soon
Liverpool has had a wonderful summer so far. Arne Slot has lifted the Premier League title and has not wasted time to strengthen his team.
Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong have arrived from Bayer Levekusen, while Milos Kerkez was drawn up from Bournemouth. The young goalkeeper Armin Pecsi has strengthened the goalkeeper hoses of the club alongside Freddie Woodman, who is ready to complete a free movement of Preston North End.
That is without even mentioning the upcoming arrival of Giorgi Mamardashvilli, which was signed from Valencia last summer before he returned to the La Liga side on loan. And the Reds may not even be done there.
A striker is on the club's shortlist, while Crystal Palace star Marc Guehi is approaching when moving to Anfield. But does Liverpool get everything they need before the window closes in September?
There is still enough work to do this, up -to -date with all the last transfer news and rumors of the red half of merseyside:
Liverpool Wonderkid Trey Nyoni has signed a new long -term agreement in Liverpool after his outbreak. The midfielder was signed in 2023 from Leicester and immediately went into the youth of the Reds.
But Nyoni got his chance under Arne Slot last season, making five senior performances in the last term and thereby became the youngest player of Liverpool ever in Europe. And it has now been confirmed that he has signed an extensive deal in Anfield after being 18.
“It means a lot, clearly also support Young's club,” said Nyoni. “So it's a great feeling. But now I have to go out and show why I earned this contract. I think it's just step by step, day after day, just get better every day, just improvement as a player.
“I am still young, there is a lot of improvement. That is the most important thing. I just have to pay them back that way.”

While Nyoni is not going anywhere, seven of his colleagues from the first team officially left Anfield at the end of their deals. Academy stars who have left his Jakub Orjzynski, Dominic Corpess, Reece Trueman, Lee Jonas, Louis Enahoro-Marcus, Harry Evers and Jacob Poytress.
All their contracts went on Monday. Fellow Academy graduate Trent Alexander-Arnold is said to have been included on that list, but an early relocation to Real Madrid sealed after Liverpool had concluded a deal with the Spanish giants.
The defender has since been playing for his new direction at the Club World Cup in the US.
Another player who could possibly be on the road is Luis Diaz. Barcelona has already been associated with the Colombian attacker, but it seems that they can be confronted with competition.
According to Sky in Germany, Bayern Munich also keeps an eye on Diaz. The Bundesliga giants reportedly gave all relevant information about him collected, while Liverpool would be open to him if they received a satisfactory offer.
There is still necessary to open between the two clubs, but Liverpool is already looking for a new winger.
