Aurelien Tchouameni has not had the easiest start to the season for Real Madrid, with his form questioned by fans and media alike. Despite this, he remains an integral part of Carlo Ancelotti's squad, although that has not stopped speculation about his future.
Liverpool are the club most linked with Tchouameni in recent months as they view him as an ideal midfield addition. It remains to be seen if they pursue a move in 2025, but if they do, it wouldn't be a player-plus-cash deal.
According to Florian Plettenburg, Liverpool do not intend to use Ryan Gravenberch in an exchange deal for Tchouameni. The Dutch star, who has had a very strong start to the season, has been linked with Real Madrid in recent weeks.
Gravenberch is a player Real Madrid will value, although there is no clear need for him to be signed unless Tchouameni were to leave – as Eduardo Camavinga is also at the club.
