Liverpool midfielder agrees to quit Reds for Newcastle amid Isak transfer row

Alexander Isak is the target of Liverpool for a huge summer transfer, but away from the Swedish attacker there is a young player in the other way

There may be a constant struggle between Liverpool and Newcastle about the future of Alexander Isak, but a Reds -young person goes to Tyneside after a new deal about Merseyside.

Isak has become the biggest story of the summer transfer window because the Swede has been banned by Newcastle and remains desperate to become a member of the ruling Premier League champions.

Newcastle boss Eddie Howe has been forced every day to tackle speculation about the future of Isak, and Liverpool has now raised more money for a potentially new offer for Isak by selling Darwin Nunez to Saudi-Arab side Al-Hilal.

But a world away from the multi-billion involved in that deal, the 16-year-old Reds midfielder Isaac Moran has chosen to leave the Liverpool academy and make the switch to Newcastle.

Moran, a former youth captain in England, was promoted from Liverpool's Under -16s to their under -18s for the last three games of last season and played the full 90 minutes in games against Nottingham Forest, Wolves and Sunderland.

But he will now leave for the northeastern rivals of the Mackems Newcastle after rejecting a stock market contract offered in Liverpool.

Moran, who is represented by the PLG Agency of Ex-Reds Vice-Captain Trent Alexander-Arnold, posted on Instagram to confirm his decision to leave the Reds.

In addition to a series of images that showed his turnout by the ranks as a young person, with a coaching session with Jurgen Klopp and a photo of him who worked as Ballboy when Mohamed Salah scored in last season's title Klinch competition against Tottenham, Moran wrote the difficult decision to leave the Liverpool football club.

“I want it to be known that this decision has not been taken lightly and I am honored to represent the club, but I believe it is best for my career and future opportunities to go somewhere else.

“I want to thank all my teammates, coaches and employees for all their hard work in the last 10 years, not only to form me to the football player I am, but especially the person I am today. From the bottom of my heart. Thanks. Ynwa.”
