Liverpool star Mohamed Salah offers himself to La Liga giant – report

Barcelona wants to strengthen their forward line this summer if the Catalan press has to be believed, but it is not yet clear for who they will move, nor for whom they can move. Their salary limit is again a factor that will define their summer expenses and influence their decision -making.

In recent weeks, Neymar Junior has been associated with a return to Barcelona, which is available to draw with a free transfer in the summer. However, director of Football Deco has moved to close the conversation about a reunion with Neymar. The interest of Barcelona in Nico Williams seems to have fallen, while Rafael Leao also seems to be outside their spending options.

Another option that raises very questions about their ability to take a big step is Liverpool -wing player Luis Diaz, who is preferred by Deco for the left -wing position. Sport, however, says that more recently Liverpool teammate Mohamed Salah has presented himself to the club.

The Egyptian superstar was also without contract in the summer and Liverpool has not been able to agree a new deal for the 32-year-old. Contact between Deco and his camp took place in December, but did not result in a negotiation. Barcelona sees a movement for Salah as impossible, unless he takes a large wage reduction because he currently earns almost € 18 million per season.

At the same time, he is strongly connected to a move to Saudi Arabia, where he would earn € 50 million a year. Previous reports have claimed that Salah has already concluded a deal with Saudi giants Al-Hilal, although the uncertainty about his future remains.

Positionally it would cause a headache for Hansi film. Lamine Yamal and Salah occupy similar spaces on the right, and Salah is not naturally given to play left. It could be a bit more logical if the German coach saw him work through the middle instead of Robert Lewandowski, who is four years older.
