Liverpool is set for a busy summer on the transfer market, because they want to strengthen their team for the Premier League title defense of next season. The Reds made only one signing last summer, with Federico Chiesa who participated in Juventus in a cut deal.
However, the winger has only made four starts in all competitions due to fitness problems. Liverpool is ready to welcome goalkeeper Giorgi Mhamardashvili to Anfield after he had agreed a deal last summer to sign him from Valencia, while Jeremie Frimpong is about to complete a move from Bayer Leverkusen.
Frimpong will replace Trent Alexander-Arnold, of whom is expected to join Real Madrid after he announces that he will leave Liverpool when his contract ends at the end of the season, and much more income and expenses are expected.

Frank supplies Mbeumo -Update
Brentford -Baas Thomas Frank has again refused to exclude Bryan Mbeumo this summer, with Liverpool among the clubs who are reportedly interested in the attacker.
“Let's take a look,” Frank told Sky Sports when he was asked if Mbeumo will still be in the club next season. “We all love him. I watch him every day, he comes in with a big smile, trains with a big smile. He likes to be a Brentford player, but let's watch it. He has been fantastic.
“For me it has been a privilege to work with him for six years and see his development of a teenager, I think he was 19 when he came or a young man, to a more mature man in many respects. And I think that personal development is just as important.”
