Luis de la Fuente asks fans ‘please ‘don’t kill Lamine Yamal’

Spain -Baas Luis de la Fuente has given a clear message this season to La Roja and Barcelona fans about Lamine Yamal.

The 17-year-old remains an important force for Barcelona with 12 goals and 16 assists spread over all competitions in 2024/25 as part of a powerful attacking unit for Hansi Flick.

After the La Liga collision this weekend with La Liga Title Rivals Atletico Madrid, the attention of Lamine Yamal will switch back to the national team.

The defensive European champions of De La Fuente are confronted this month with a UEFA Nations League Quarter Final Double -Header against the Netherlands to try to book their place in the Summer Final.

Lamine Yamal will again be a starter for De La Fuente probably next to the UEFA Euro 2024 winning attack of itself, Alvaro Morata and Nico Williams.

De la Fuente has consistently asked to calm down the hottest prospect of Spain, despite his enormous potential to be a global superstar.

De la Roja -Baas wants to manage expectations to ensure that there is no crash in its level when his form suffers as his career develops further than his teenage years.

“Lamine Yamal continues in his ripening process, but let's not forget that he is only 17. He was only 17 at the European championship,” according to reports from Marca.

“We have to ask him to enjoy himself as he always does. But the first [fans and media] Who will kill him are you, everyone who says he is a genius.

“He must be prepared for this criticism because it will happen.”

Lamine Yamal's Call Up restores Barcelona as a dominant power in the plans of De La Fuente with six of his La Blaugrana teammates, also included in addition to the remarkable absence of Gavi.

Defensive Duo Pau Cubarsi and Inigo Martinez were recorded together with Pedri, Dani Olmo, Marc Casado and Ferran Torres.
