Magomed Ankalaev could have the location for his likely title Rematch against Alex Pereira while the conversations continue.
Magomed Ankalaev shocked the world at UFC 313 when he successfully dethroned Alex Pereira to become the new UFC -light heavyweight champion.
Immediately after the fight, Ankalaev heard that he would probably be booked for an immediate rematch after the comments from Dana White, giving Alex Pereira Hope at Redemption.
Since then, the negotiations for the Rematch have started and the Russian champion stated that he was aiming in August.

Ankalaev teases Chicago as a location for Pereira Rematch
After their collision at UFC 313, Icon Joe Rogan claimed that Pereira fought with a broken hand and norovirus, which may explain his extremely matte performance.
Although conversations seemed to have been stuck because of Pereira's injury, Ankalaev teased this Wednesday that he has the location for their Rematch.
“Who likes pizza with deep roads?” Ankalaev interviewed in a message about X.
Chicago is known worldwide for specializing in deep pizza, and the last time the promotion landed in 'The Windy City' was in 2019 when Henry Cejudo Marlon Moraes took on the UFC 238 Main Event.
“A month ago I broke many hearts, in August Big Ank is here to Dunk Chicago Bulls style,” he continued.

The UFC fan base has called for the promotion to return to Chicago, and it probably seemed that when they did, Belal Muhammad could possibly lead the map, born in Chicago.
Belal Muhammad will probably not compete on the map
Because Muhammad is the only champion born in Chicago in the promotion, fans probably expected at any event on every Illinois.
Nevertheless, it is very unlikely that he will make the three -month turn, because he is already planned to defend his goodweight title against Jack della Maddalena on UFC 315 in May.
Depending on the result of his first title defense, Mohammed will probably take at least six months off if he continues his trend of how active he is.
