Newly crowned light heavyweight champion Magomed Ankalaev continues to troll Jon 'Bones' Jones after having demanded his old title on UFC 313.
If Alex Pereira had retained his 205 pound belt on UFC 313, there would have been calls for the Brazilian to step up a division to challenge 'bones' for heavyweight gold.
Magomed Ankalaev has skilfully ruined that Champ camp party, although the silver lining is that his victory also has removed one of the most important obstacles of Jon Jones' unification fight that the Russian would like to drive home on social media.

In the past few days, the newly beaten 205 pound King Jones has continued to roast online, in particular 'Bones' calling about his observed dive of interim champion Tom Aspinall.
“Johnny Steroid Machine was very disappointed. I please defeated Alex Big Tom Aspinall stop running, “he wrote on X, and added a separate message” Big Ank [handshake] Big Tom. “
The promotion still has to formally announce the uniform heavyweight title fight between Jones and Aspinall, although Dana White recently stated that Jones will return 'this summer'.

Tom Aspinall praises Ankalaev for his UFC 313 title -winning performance
After the title fight in Las Vegas, Tom Aspinall went to his YouTube channel to bish the main event and celebrate the performance of Magomed Ankalaev.
“This is really a good game plan from Ankalaev. What he does is, even when he misses the Takedowns, he uses the grab, just standing, just to get the arms and Pereira a little overwhelming, physically and mentally. He just hangs on him. “
Although it was not the most exciting fight to watch, Ankalaev's game plan is widely praised about the MMA world -including an expert dissection by veteran -coach Firas Zahabi.
“I am sure Pereira is a great grappler, but as far as I know, he only started to struggle at the end of thirty,” Aspinall continued.
“If you start to struggle in the 1930s, or your late 1920s, and you are against a man like Ankalaev, who is struggling all his life, you will never have the condition of a man who gets hold of all his life.”
Both Alex Pereira and Magomed Ankalaev have plagued that a rematch will be booked for later this year. You can imagine that Dana White would plan their Rematch for the co-Main event of a Jones vs Aspinall PPV?
