Major twist in Pogba transfer battle as ‘new club enters race’ for ex-MU star

Former Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is said to be the target of the Saudi side of Al-Eittihad who hope to defeat Monaco for the Frenchman's signature.

The midfielder held a discussion with Monaco prior to his return to football after his 18 -month suspension of drugs.

The Free Agent World Cup winner had appeared to approach a move to the Ligue 1 side with a two-year contract proposal on the table.

Pogba saw its first four -year -old drug ban lowered 2024 to 18 months and is free to promote his career since March.
