Manchester City have accepted AC Milan's formal offer for Kyle Walker.
The agreed deal is a loan with an option to buy the England international permanently in the summer.
According to Sky in Italy, the option is worth around £4.2 million (€5 million).
Walker will arrive in Milan around lunchtime today and will go to a hotel before undergoing medical treatment in the afternoon.
He will go to AC Milan's headquarters, Casa Milan, to sign the contract.
'Parting up makes sense for City and Walker'
Sky Sports' Lewis Jones:
A divorce between Walker and Manchester City makes sense for both parties.
Walker may have asked to leave, but there won't be much resistance from the decision-makers at the club based on the apparent decline in the England international's powers this season.
A player who built his career on being virtually unbeatable in one-on-one duels is now an easy target for opponents.
Even Timo Werner, who is struggling with form and confidence issues at Tottenham, showed Walker a clean pair of heels to set up Spurs' fourth goal in that cleansing defeat for City earlier this season.
It prompted Sky Sports' Gary Neville to say: 'You don't see that often, but we've seen it a few times in recent weeks. Vinicius Junior, Kylian Mbappe, he has handled them all, Walker, but he is struggling.”
Walker's mistakes aren't just strange either, they bring catalog vibes. As the with-and-without stats suggest, his presence has become more of a hindrance than a help for Guardiola.
